Existuje program na emulaciu Windows v linuxe? Nieco co spustim a pod tym budu bezat win aplikacie. A ako to zatazuje procesor ramku... a daju sa takto hrat aj hry?. Dik

pod win4lin se hry hrat nedaji, na cedegu potrebujes o neco silnejsi cpu, je to prece jenom emluce, a taky tam toho plno nejede, jinak pod wine se da rozjet treba starcraft, ale potrebujes tak 2Ghz cpu a tak 512MB ram

no da sa toho rozbehat omnoho viac cital som navod jak rozbehat cs, warcraft, na sajte cedegy maju napisane ze slape aj americas army neverwinter nights a este kopu ineho softu.

Tak toto musim poopravit. Toto je zrovna jeden z bludov, ktory sa hojne siri (a ty sa nazyvas root?:roll:). Cedega a wine x su odvodene z wine. A ani jeden z tychto troch nie je emulator.

Cize implementovali Windows API pre X-windows, takze nic sa neemuluje.

Aj nazov ukazuje ze "Wine nie je emulator". Wine neemuluje x86 procesor, len preklada systemove volania pre API x-windows.

Samozrejme to ma za nasledok, ze wine bezi len a len pod x86 procesorom, t.j. napriklad na Apple nepojde (teda v buducnosti pojde, kedze Apple prechadza na Intel, ale momentalne nie).
Nevravim, ze pod wine bezia aplikacie rovnako ako pod win, je tam urcite spomalenie, ale je to tak do 10%.

Např. Mafia chodí pod Cedega i Cedega-cvs skvěle.
